Sunset Ranch is proud to launch our 2018 Fitness Classes at Sunset Ranch.

Starting in May we are please to offer 3 different classes aiming to accommodate people of all fitness levels. 

Our Sunset Ranch Fitness Coordinator is Keely Watts-Watling:

Fitness and nutrition has always played a major role in my life. I have been a highly competitive track and field athlete for the past 13 years and have found myself increasing gym time in the winter, to build strength and improve functional power for track. I have competed at the National level for the past 7 years.

I am addicted to the fact that I can always do better, I can always push a little harder and run a little faster. I am extremely motivated and driven toward accomplishing my goals. This lifestyle has taught me how to overcome the greatest obstacles, to gain both mental and physical strength and most importantly, how to give it everything I got. I am incredibly grateful to be surrounded and encouraged by my family, friends and new faces within the gym who encourage me and support me in all my endeavours.

 

Our Three Classes we offer:

 

Mommy and Me Boot Camp:   Mondays and Wednesdays 9:30am (60 Minutes)  Start May 2nd

This bootcamp will be a fun, dynamic, full body workout. The format will change weekly, bodyweight exercises, cardio drills and reps will never be the same. Be prepared to work hard in this class for a full body workout challenge. Bring your Tot or your Baby and Stroller.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel. 

 

Seniors  Mondays and Wednesdays 8am (60 Minutes)   Start May 2nd

This class is designed to work on balance, core, stretches and light resistance exercises to strengthen and tone. Improve your golf swing, flexibility and maximize your health. Great for all levels, you get out of this class what you put into it.   Bring a towel and some water

 

Strength & Conditioning    Mondays and Wednesday  11:00am (60 Minutes)   Start May 2nd

Maximize your muscular conditioning potential and burn calories. This class will be a high intensity, circuit style training. As you move from station to station your training and your body will test your limits. Combining short, intense intervals with bodyweight exercises, plyometrics and weighted exercises will kick start and boost a GREAT metabolic response. This 50 minute class won’t be easy, but the results will be priceless.  

All ages welcome. 

 

ALL CLASSES ARE $10.00 DROP IN FEE PAYABLE AT THE START OF CLASS TO THE INSTRUCTOR.
